Can the courier pay the seller for my item?

No. You must pay the seller directly before booking your ebay collection courier. ERX does not handle purchase payments or carry cash on your behalf.

Will you check the condition of my purchase?

Our marketplace courier collects and transports your item but does not inspect or authenticate it. Ask the seller for photographs, measurements and condition details before completing your purchase. Our courier may also confirm any potential damages if any are noticed.

Does the seller need to package the item?

Where possible, items should be suitably packaged ready for traveling before collection, particularly electronics, fragile glass and delicate goods. If your purchase is unpackaged, let us know when arranging your ebay collection service.

Can you dismantle furniture before collection?

Furniture dismantling is not included in our courier service pick up and drop off bookings but depending on the items we may be able to assist with dismantling. Items should be ready to collect and dismantled beforehand if necessary for safe loading or transport. Let us know upon booking if you need anything dismantled or assembled.

What happens if the seller is unavailable?

Before arranging same day collection and delivery, confirm the seller’s full address, telephone number and availability. Waiting times, unsuccessful collections or additional journeys may incur extra charges.
